Palms out bicep curls - 16 each
Renegade rows with Tricep
Kick-backs - 12 each arm
Burpees with knee tuck
Tuck jumps - 16 each
2). Weighted leg lifts - 16 each
Full sit up with opposite reach
(Hand / foot) - 16 each
Mountain climbers. - 40 each leg
3). Swing lunges with alternating
Forward to backward shoulder
Press - 8 / leg
Bosu squats. - 20 each
Bosu burpees w/push up - 16 ea
4) Single leg squat with
rows - 10 each leg
Dead rows - 16 each
Goblet squat jumps. - 20 each
Complete 3-4 rounds.
